     INTERIOR - SAMPLES:

Recycled Material - Sand blasted (Blast-Etched®) signage made from 100% post consumer recycled paper and a proprietary petroleum free resin.  It is the only solid surface material certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, Smartwood, and the Rainforest Alliance.  It also carries an ASTM E84 Class A Fire Rating.  Flamespread Index (20), Smoke developed (110). The painted surface is a low VOC (<250 gm/l) water based acrylic polyurethane. Specifying this product can earn LEED points.  Manufactured by ASE Manufacturing, Inc., Orofino, ID.

                    

 

Blast Etched® (Sand Blasted) - The base material is a melamine surface on a phenolic resin core bonded together at high temperature and high pressure to form a durable sign blank.  Text and graphics are masked and the background is abrasively etched to the ADA compliant depth of 1/32”.  Our Blast-Etched® process creates both crisp graphics and domed Grade 2 Braille.  The result is a one-piece sign that is very difficult to deface.  Manufactured by ASE Manufacturing, Inc., Orofino, ID.

Polymer - Photo-etching process to provide flawless reproduction of logos and custom artwork.  Etched photo polymer is  made of a single piece construction and comes in four thicknesses, 1/16”, 1/8”, 3/16”, and 1/4”.  Text and Braille are raised .032” which is required by ADA guidelines.  The sign is coated with an acrylic polyurethane paint,  the raised portion is hot stamped a contrasting color.  A final clear satin urethane is applied to the sign for maximum protection.  Photo polymer is the ultimate choice when exacting raised detail is required.  Manufactured by ASE Manufacturing, Inc., Orofino, ID.
