President and Owner - Elaine Emory, CIT

Elaine Emory began her signage career managing a signage manufacture in 1980.  There she learned all aspects of the business including the fabrication of the many types of signage.  In 1994, she started The Norris Company (TNC), a wholesale architectural signage company, and sought out dependable suppliers with quality products to meet the various needs of customers.  Our clients range from city, state and local educational facilities, to nationwide healthcare organizations/companies. 

Elaine was a member of CSI for over 14 years, and an officer in NAWIC and NAWBO.  She also served as president of an American Heart Association support group for 5 years.   

Project Manager - Debbie Emory-Utzig

Debbie Emory-Utzig, Elaine's daughter, joined The Norris Company in 2006 with 13 years of Project Management experience including 8 years working with government regulations.  She has a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management and minors in Accounting and Psychology from Auburn University. 

Debbie is a volunteer for Carol Buckley projects, currently with Elephant Aid International (EAI) www.ElephantAidInternational.org. Previously, from 1996 to 2009, Debbie served as a volunteer, Membership Chair, and Executive Council member for The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee under the direction of Carol Buckley (Founder and former CEO).
